Who could of actually thought that a person like Sonu Nigam and Hard Kaur would be visiting Pakmanzil for Pakistani music ?  We did not know until we came across Sonu & Hard Kaur at Sonu’s private birthday bash in Chicago which was organized by Chicago’s top promotors Sahil & L.A Tan.

This news is a bit old, because Pakmanzil wanted to protect the privacy of both of these artist. But now since this news is slowly coming out, why not burst the bubble first?

We would like to confirm that Pakistani pop singer Ali Haider has quit music, Pakmanzil had talked to Ali himself to confirmed the news..  Pakmanzil also spoke to, Saregamapa Fame of 2007 Junaid Sheikh to confirm the news that he has also left music, while his friends Amanat Ali and Mussarat Abbas are still preforming and doing concerts..

After  Junaid Jamshed left, this is another big blow to the music…

The famous Pakistani Singer Hadiqa Kiani who is a multi-platinum selling, multiple award winning, song writer, and an occasional TV host, has her new album launched. 

Hadiqa who said she would release the new album titled “Aasmaan” later in 2008, but couldnt due to political reasons, has finally got the chance to launch. The album will be launched by Fire Records today (June 17th 2009), and it will feature several bonus track.

Fire Records will be holding a press conference at a 5 star hotel in Karachi, Pakistan for today’s launch!

Atif Aslam was recently in Toronto for a concert. Before singing the last song (Pehli Nazar), Atif told the jam packed audiance:

“I really love my country, and hold a passion for it. I like to say something… We are not terrorist at all…  We believe in peace and love. I am here representing Pakistan, and i spread that message of peace and love.”
