Alizeh Shah Shuts Down Trolls: ‘It’s Weight Loss, Not Surgery’
Actor Alizeh Shah directly addressed the plastic surgery rumours circulating on social media, firmly denying the claims in a viral video.
Known for her bold fashion and strong social media presence, Alizeh became the center of speculation after users noticed a change in her appearance. Responding to the buzz, she said, “Please, for God’s sake! I haven’t undergone any cosmetic surgeries, leave me alone. I’ve just lost some weight, which is why I look different.”
She added, “When I did Ehd e Wafa, I was only seventeen. My mother signed the contract because I didn’t even have an ID card. I’m 23 now—how can anyone expect me to look the same?”
This isn’t the first time Alizeh has called for privacy. In April, she revealed how relentless trolling had impacted her well-being. “The criticism didn’t just hurt me emotionally—it started affecting my physical health,” she wrote on Instagram Stories. “I had no choice but to isolate myself completely.”
