Hiba Ali Reflects on Regret Over Missed Role in ‘Ishq Zahe Naseeb’
Hiba Ali is a well-known Pakistani actress recognized for her roles in popular dramas like Dil Diya Dehleez, Perfume Chowk, Apnay Paraey, and Mere Jinay Ki Wajha. She made a successful comeback with dramas such as Mayi Ri, Raah E Junoon, Shiddat, and Jaan Nisar. Fans especially enjoy her portrayal of Kashmala in Jaan Nisar. Currently, Hiba is busy working on new drama projects.
Recently, Hiba appeared on the show Gup Shab, hosted by Vasay Chaudhary, where she shared a regretful decision about her acting career. She revealed that she had turned down an important role in the drama Ishq Zahe Naseeb. The role was of Zahid’s mother, who appeared in flashbacks. At the time, Hiba thought the role was minor because Sonya Hussyn was the main lead and the role was for Zahid’s mother.
Hiba admitted that she now regrets not accepting the part, especially since it was later played by Yumna Zaidi. The role turned out to be very significant and contributed greatly to Yumna Zaidi’s rise to fame. Hiba feels that it was a missed opportunity for her, as the role could have been a big break for her career. She mentioned that this offer came to her around six or seven years ago, and she now wishes she had taken it.
