Iqrar Ul Hassan Shares The Real Story of His Second & Third Marriage

Iqrar ul Hassan, a prominent Pakistani host and crime reporter known for his show Sar-e-Aam, recently shared insights into his personal life, particularly focusing on his second and third marriages. His high-profile life, marked by both fame and controversies, includes three marriages: his first to journalist Qurat-ul-Ain Hassan in 2005, his second to TV journalist Farah Yousuf in 2012, and his third to anchor Aroosa Khan in 2023.
On Samaa TV’s Coffee with Samaa, hosted by Naeem Hanif and Bushra, Iqrar delved into the story behind his second marriage. He recounted how he met Farah Yousuf, who was already an established anchor at the time. Farah was working with PTV, Dunya News, and ARY Digital while Iqrar was in a struggling phase of his career. Their interactions began casually when Farah moved from Lahore to Karachi and Iqrar invited her to his home. Their meetings grew more frequent, leading to a relationship that eventually culminated in marriage. Iqrar mentioned, “I don’t remember who proposed first or the specifics of the proposal; things just unfolded naturally. By 2012, we decided to marry, and during the Nikah ceremony, I remember Annie being on the phone with me.”
Iqrar also discussed the public reaction to his second marriage. He revealed that while vacationing in Paris with Farah, a fan took a picture of them and shared it publicly. Iqrar then clarified the situation by announcing Farah as his second wife, which sparked considerable controversy and criticism from fans due to societal norms. Despite the backlash, Iqrar’s candid reflections shed light on the personal and public challenges he faced regarding his marriages.
