Juggun Kazim Opens Up About Her First Abusive Marriage

Juggun Kazim, a renowned Pakistani host and actor with a career spanning two decades, recently shared harrowing details about her first marriage on a podcast hosted by Adnan Faisal for FHM. In the interview, she bravely disclosed that her initial marriage was marred by physical abuse and torture, lasting only 1.5 years. She candidly admitted that she rushed into the marriage just a week after meeting her first husband, lured by his attractive appearance.

Reflecting on her experience, Juggun emphasized the importance of recognizing early warning signs of abuse, such as hurtful words escalating to physical violence. She regretfully acknowledged her initial reluctance to acknowledge these signs, attributing it to her own foolishness in making a hasty decision without consulting her family. Despite witnessing similar cases in the media, like that of Noor Makhdoom, she chose to remain silent about her ordeal to avoid public scrutiny.

The turning point came when, seven months pregnant, she faced severe abuse that culminated in her being forcibly ejected from her home, clad in torn clothing. She expressed gratitude to compassionate neighbors who shielded her during this distressing episode. Today, she finds solace in the fact that her son, Hamza, from that marriage, is now grown and well-cared for by her current husband, Faisal, whom she credits as a loving father figure.

Beyond her career in entertainment, Juggun Kazim is also a successful entrepreneur, managing her own organic skincare brand called Nur by Juggun Kazim. Despite the challenges she has faced, Juggun cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends, emphasizing the importance of resilience and growth through adversity.
