Lucky Ali Expresses Desire to Visit Pakistan
Indian singer Lucky Ali, son of the late Bollywood comedy icon Mehmood, has expressed his desire to visit Pakistan.
In a tweet shared on his X (formerly Twitter) account on Thursday, Ali wrote, “Hoping to get a visit visa to Pakistan to visit my relatives and see my mother’s ancestral village, Bhera.”
Lucky Ali’s mother, Madhu Kumari, was the younger sister of Indian film legend Meena Kumari. Born Mahliqa, Madhu was raised in Bhera, Sargodha. She met Ali’s father, Mehmood, when he began teaching tennis to Meena.
Underneath Lucky Ali’s tweet, many Pakistanis welcomed him, including some from Bhera who offered him a stay at their house.
