In a recent appearance on Samaa Tv’s Gup Shup with Vasay Chaudhary, Meera candidly expressed her observations about the changing dynamics in the industry. She highlighted the contrast in behavior between actors of her time and the current generation. According to her, the actors of yesteryears were more courteous, cultured, and exhibited better work ethics. Meera reminisced about a time when artists possessed etiquettes, knew how to behave, and exuded friendliness without unnecessary anger.

Not just a critique, Meera also shed light on her approach to work, emphasizing selectivity. In her words, “I do selective work; that’s why I’ve been offered Umra o Jaan Adda.” She stressed the importance of patience in waiting for the right projects and avoiding unnecessary self-promotion.
