Naseem Shah is Starting his Recovery from Shoulder Surgery

The talented pacer from Pakistan, Naseem Shah, has resumed his recovery after a shoulder injury forced him to miss the entire 2023 World Cup.

The right-arm fast bowler aims to make a comeback to competitive cricket in 2024, with a specific focus on the PSL.

Shah recently shared a video on social media where he showed himself working out at the gym. In the video, he wrote, “Slowly but surely… Alhamdulillah for everything.” He went on to say, “My rehab is progressing well as I work with Dr. Imtiaz and his exceptional team. I eagerly anticipate returning to the field and representing my country.”

“The road is tough, lonely & endless but with your duas (prayers) I already feel better, fitter & stronger by the day,” the pacer wrote.

Doctors successfully treated the Pakistani player’s shoulder ailment with surgery earlier this month. Naseem Shah injured a muscle directly behind his bowling shoulder during the Asia Cup 2023 match against India.
