Saba Qamar Finds Staying in Karachi for Three Months Challenging

Pakistani actor Saba Qamar openly expressed her disappointment with life in Karachi, saying she found the city’s daily routine frustrating.
Jokingly, she remarked, “One can stay in Karachi for two days, maybe a week, but living here for three months is quite difficult.”
She described how her skin and hair suffered due to the city’s weather and pollution, adding that when she returned home, her family barely recognized her—an exaggeration that added humor to her statement.
Her remarks sparked mixed reactions online. Some netizens criticized her for being biased against Karachi and its residents, while others agreed, acknowledging the city’s hot and humid climate.
One user-supported her view, stating that Karachi’s weather negatively affects skin and hair. Meanwhile, others disagreed, with one noting, “Millions live in Karachi without facing such issues. This is just what actors do.”
