Shaan Shahid is a talented Pakistani actor who is outspoken on social and political issues. Now a days, actor is seen taking part in the current political situations, he is attending rallies and stating his opinions regarding his political belongings. The actor also took part in PTI’s Lahore Jalsa.
Lately, one of his defensive statement regarding Former Pakistan PM Imran Khan has ignited severe backlash when the actor justified his use of helicopter, Shaan Shahid said, “We the people of Pakistan pay taxes and we allow our PM Imran Khan to use the helicopter, any issues ?”
People reacted angrily to his statement, claiming that he cannot make decisions on their behalf, that they do not authorize the use of a helicopter with their money, and that if the fuel is purchased with their taxes, it is illegal. Many people urged Shaan Shahid to show them his tax receipts. They further stated that Shaan Shahid should speak logically and not blindly follow his political boss.
