Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain was a well-known TV host in Pakistan, gaining fame with his show “Aalim Online” and pioneering Ramadan transmissions. Despite his passing two years ago, his fans and family still cherish his memory. Recently, Syed Ali Imam, a former producer of “Aalim Online,” shared some untold stories about Aamir Liaquat’s early days of success.
Imam recalled an incident during Ramadan where Liaquat chose to stay with his family instead of in a luxury hotel like the rest of the team. He would even buy expensive gifts and treat his colleagues to dinners, covering the costs himself rather than using the show’s budget.
It’s also been revealed that Liaquat battled depression and attempted suicide before his rise to fame. Despite his struggles, his colleagues never suspected anything, highlighting his talent and resilience.
Additionally, after a falling out with his employer, Amir Liaquat was eventually welcomed back, showing that his value was recognized even after controversy.
