Not only has he styled key characters for the show, but he also appears on screen, becoming the first Pakistani fashion mogul to take on a Hollywood acting role. The series, which blends crime, comedy, and family drama, premiered on Hulu and Disney+ on March 6.

In Deli Boys, HSY makes his Hollywood debut both behind and in front of the camera. He designed costumes for lead actors Poorna Jagannathan, Saagar Shaikh, and Zainne Saleh in episodes eight and nine, infusing his signature South Asian aesthetic into the series. Additionally, he makes an on-screen appearance in the same episodes, further solidifying his international breakthrough. HSY expressed his excitement, calling the project not just a personal achievement but also a step forward in representing South Asian culture in mainstream Hollywood.
