Pakistani actor Humaima Malik surprised fans by showing up at her nephew Sultan’s 6th birthday party, hosted by her former sister-in-law Syeda Aliza Sultan, even as her brother Feroze Khan remained noticeably absent. The birthday celebration, held recently, was a grand Wrestle Mania-themed event organized by Aliza to make Sultan’s big day extra special.

Since her separation from Feroze Khan, Aliza has been raising their two children—Sultan and Fatima—while growing her presence as a social media influencer. The event was filled with joy, laughter, and color as Sultan celebrated with his friends and loved ones. Aliza shared vibrant moments from the celebration on Instagram with Humaima Malik, proudly captioning it “Sultan’s Mania,” and reflecting on her journey of strength and resilience post-divorce.

Among the guests was actress Kiran Ashfaque, ex-wife of actor Imran Ashraf, whose support Aliza warmly acknowledged in her social media posts. She praised Kiran for being her emotional anchor and standing by her through thick and thin.

Aliza also extended her gratitude to the cake designer from, sharing how thrilled she was with the results. It was her second time ordering from them, and the Wrestle Mania-themed cake became a showstopper at the party for both its design and taste.

The party’s theme choice also resonated with Sultan’s new interest in wrestling—an interest he shares with his father—despite Feroze not attending the celebration.
