Iman Ali’s Acting Journey: Missed Opportunities and Regrets

Reflecting on her career decisions, the actress expressed remorse for passing on a well-crafted drama, stating, “Yes, I missed out on a great script. I wish I had accepted it. It was a Nadeem Baig production featuring Humayun Saeed and Mehwish Hayat. I can’t recall the name, maybe ‘Dil Lagi’? The script was impressive, but I turned it down because the shooting was scheduled for summer. I prefer working in fall and spring to do justice to my characters. I do receive quality scripts; ‘Dillagi’ was one of them.”

She went on to express her interest in collaborating with Humayun Saeed and Nadeem Baig, as long as the script comes from writers other than Khalil Ur Rehman Qamar. Notably, both Saeed and Baig frequently team up with Qamar, and the actress revealed her reluctance to work with him.
