Indian Actor Praises Pakistani Content Over Indian Productions
Pakistani TV shows are gaining increasing popularity worldwide, particularly in India. Our hit shows are avidly followed domestically and across the border. There’s a growing concern among Indian TV channels and media that their shows may not be as popular as before.
Indian actor Sushant Singh recently addressed this issue with the media. He remarked, “Our neighboring country, Pakistan, traditionally seen as our enemy, is producing incredible TV shows. Just compare their shows to ours.
What are we offering to the audience? Why are we creating low-quality shows? Instead of addressing criticism and striving for improvement, will we continue making the same kind of shows? What message does this send to actors and viewers – to keep watching our shows or to stop because we won’t change? Don’t we aspire to improve? Despite challenging conditions, we’ve produced excellent shows, and we should consistently aim for higher quality.”
