Sarah Chaudhry Faces Queries About Fahad Mustafa’s Fasting Routine

Sara Chaudhry, a former actress who transitioned to Islam, revealed that people inquire about TV host Fahad Mustafa’s fasting practices upon viewing his Iftar images and videos on social media.

During a recent podcast, Chaudhry delved into her career trajectory, departure from the entertainment industry, and public opinions about her choices. She mentioned, “Before exiting showbiz, I had aspirations of pursuing a singing career and commenced rehearsing for stage performances in front of vast audiences.”

Chaudhry initially found the allure of singing appealing due to the large fan following and substantial turnout at concerts but acknowledged that her plans did not unfold as anticipated.

“Although I had already decided to quit showbiz, I used marriage as a reason to leave the industry,” Chaudhry revealed.

Despite most colleagues being unfazed, a later interview where she termed showbiz as ‘Haram’ surprised many.

In the podcast, she praised fashion designer Maria B and revealed fans’ requests to bring her closer to religion.

Regarding Fahad Mustafa’s Iftar posts, Chaudhry confirmed that when people asked if he fasted, “I told them everyone was fasting.”
Chaudhry emphasized the need for correct Quranic knowledge.
