Currently touring Canada for a series of concerts, the globally acclaimed singer opened up about his feelings for Bollywood during an interview with Indian-Canadian host Faridoon Sheharyar.
With over 10.7 million followers on Instagram and a career spanning across borders, Atif Aslam has given fans unforgettable songs like Aadat, Kuch Is Tarha, Dil Diyan Gallan, and Ba Khuda. His ability to blend soul-stirring depth with powerful high notes has earned him admirers worldwide. But despite his thriving career at home and abroad, Aslam revealed that he still misses the magic of Bollywood.
“Bollywood was a blessing for me,” he shared. “Allah gave me a chance to rise in such a massive industry despite Pakistan’s limited resources. I miss recording in those studios, working with friends, and performing in India. It’s been almost a decade, and yes, I do miss it. But at the same time, I’m grateful that music continues to flourish globally.”
