Netflix Set to Release Its First Pakistani Production

Everyone’s talking about Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo—and now, fans have another reason to get excited. After months of anticipation, bestselling author Farhat Ishtiaq hinted at a possible June release in a YouTube comment, sparking fresh buzz around Pakistan’s first-ever Netflix original.
While Netflix hasn’t confirmed the date, fans are taking the author’s clue seriously.
Based on Ishtiaq’s novel, the series follows Sikandar, a brilliant yet emotionally scarred Harvard law student, and Liza, a bold Italian artist haunted by her past. Their story of love, grief, and healing unfolds against the romantic backdrop of Italy.
The cast features top-tier talent: Fawad Khan stars as Sikandar, with Mahira Khan as Liza. The ensemble includes Sanam Saeed, Ahad Raza Mir, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Maya Ali, Hania Aamir, Iqra Aziz, Bilal Ashraf, and Khushhal Khan.
As fans mark their calendars for June, Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo looks set to become 2025’s biggest streaming sensation.
