In a candid conversation with Faysal Qureshi on the Pressure Buhat Hey! podcast, Saheefa Jabbar Khattak opened up about her gym anxiety and the challenges of a long-distance relationship with her husband. She humorously admitted, “I have a terrible phobia of the gym. I join, train for two days, and then I just can’t go back.”

When asked about her fitness routine, Saheefa explained that her weight loss often results from stress. Laughing, she shared, “People ask me for weight loss tips, and I tell them to send their husbands away, create a long-distance relationship, and live with the sadness that they can’t see each other.”

Despite joking, Saheefa expressed deep affection for her husband, calling him “an amazing, amazing person” and describing the separation as painful.

Similarly, fellow actor Madiha Imam also discussed the struggles of long-distance with Qureshi, noting how small disagreements can drag on for weeks. “Long-distance is tough,” Madiha shared, “I’d rather live with the person than live apart.”
