The singer turned actor, Atif Aslam, is coming back to our screens with his debut drama serial ‘Sang-e-Maah’. This is his first acting project after a hiatus of 10 years, when he acted in a blockbuster movie ‘Bol’ in 2011. The singing sensation also shared a clip on his Instagram from the sets of ‘Sang-e-Maah’. In the clip he talked to his fans and said that he is doing his first drama serial and he needs blessings.
In the background, we can see the traditional set up with men dressed in shalwar kameez on a charpai. From this look of Sang-e-Maah’s BTS, we can say that the scene is attributed to village life. Drama serial ‘Sang e Maah’ is the sequel of ‘Sang e Mar Mar’ that was aired in 2016. Sang e Mar Mar had Mikaal Zulfiqar, Sania Saeed, Kubra Khan, and Noman Ijaz in lead roles.
