TV host Mathira is slamming body-shaming trolls after her recent showstopper debut at a wedding-themed fashion show!
The star clapped back hard when a news outlet’s viral video of her ramp walk sparked cruel comments—sharing the clip on her Instagram Story with a fiery message. “I’ve seen people targeting my body, but I’m happy being healthy!” she wrote. “I was invited as a showstopper—I did nothing wrong. Shame on these sick, small-minded pages spreading hate.”

Mathira also opened up about private health battles: “I’ve had a knee operation and struggled with thyroid issues—yet this is how people act?” But she refused to let the trolls dim her confidence: “I’ll walk like a queen—this world is mine! I’m proud to be a healthy big girl in a small-minded society.”
Dressed in a silk wedding-season outfit, her catwalk clip blew up online—though it came with unwanted backlash. The star first rose to fame in 2011 with the late-night talk show Love Indicator, becoming one of Pakistan’s most talked-about media personalities.
She’s since hosted shows like Baji Online, starred in music videos (e.g., “Piya Re”), and appeared in films such as Main Hoon Shahid Afridi and dramas like Naagin.
