Laila Wasti is a talented and beautiful Pakistani television actress. She began her showbiz career with the PTV drama serial Aitraf. The daughter of the late actors Rizwan Wasti and Tahira Wasti, Laila spent much of her time in the USA, where she graduated in film making. She is happily married and has recently made a successful return to the media industry, receiving praise for her performances, particularly in Khaie.

Speaking about her beauty, Laila said, "I inherited my beauty from my mother. It's not an achievement but it does help in getting projects. My parents were in showbiz, which naturally opened doors for me. Initially, I wasn't interested in acting, probably because I took it for granted. However, Nusrat Thakur offered me a role as Anarkali in his drama, and my parents supported his decision. I went to Lahore for rehearsals with Samiya Mumtaz, but the project was halted due to copyright issues."
