While she continues to captivate audiences on screen, Saba is simultaneously making headlines for her firm stance against defamatory journalism. The actress is currently embroiled in a legal dispute with a journalist accused of making false and controversial remarks about her personal life.
She has issued a defamation notice demanding a public apology, removal of the offending content, and Rs100 million in damages. Saba warned that legal proceedings will move forward if the demands are not met within seven days.
The dispute reportedly surfaced after the journalist claimed in a podcast that Saba had lived in a house in Walton, Lahore, allegedly provided by a former romantic partner. Saba publicly condemned the remarks as another example of how celebrities’ private lives are exploited for views and social media engagement.
