Shahzad Sheikh and Momal Sheikh, two talented and popular celebrity siblings, have built successful careers in the entertainment industry. As children of renowned Pakistani film star Javed Sheikh, they have carved out their own identities in both television and film. Shahzad has gained recognition for his roles in “Raaz-e-Ulfat”, “Anaa”, and “Deewar-e-Shab”, while Momal has impressed audiences with her performances in “Dil-e-Momin”, “Mushk”, and “Darrar”.
Recently, they appeared as guests on Green Entertainment’s Ramzan transmission, hosted by Danish Taimoor and Rabia Anam. During the show, they shared the struggles they faced as star kids and highlighted their efforts to remain grounded.
Talking about it, Shahzad Sheikh said, “I think being celebrity’s children had more of negative impacts on us than positive ones because people then expect so much from us as newcomers because we came from an acting background. However, if you are a star kid, you can get a platform easily but you can’t learn acting from your parents. In the end, you have to learn through your own struggles. Yes, he advised me to do struggles for a sustainable path instead of instant fame. He gave me valuable tips for surviving in the industry.”
