Singer Humaira Channa’s car has been stolen from the Char Minar area of Karachi’s Bahadurabad.
According to reports, the missing vehicle also contained a mobile phone, new clothes for children, a ladies’ handbag and other valuables.
Police officials said they have registered a vehicle theft case and are investigating.
Sindh Home Minister Ziaul Hassan Lanjar has taken notice of the incident and sought a detailed report from the Anti-Violent Crime Cell (AVCC) as well as East senior superintendents of police (SSPs). He also directed them to use all available resources to trace the car and identify those involved in the theft.
