On Saturday, Pakistan's versatile cricketer, Shoaib Malik, surprised his fans and followers by officially announcing his marriage to actor Sana Javed. The 42-year-old confirmed his second union through a brief caption and a Quranic verse on his social media accounts.
“Alhamdullilah,” Malik wrote on X, formerly Twitter. “And We created you in pairs,” the post added.

Malik's manager, Arsalan Shah, also confirmed the news on X.
"Confirmation: Our beloved superstar @realshoaibmalik has tied the knot (Nikkah) with #SanaJaved. Wishing the new couple an amazing life ahead filled with happiness and joy! #ShoaibMalik"
Shoaib Malik's First Wife
In 2010, Indian tennis star Sania Mirza and Malik tied the knot, and the couple has shared almost 14 years. Despite rumours circulating about their divorce, neither party confirmed any separation. The couple also welcomed a son named Izhaan Mirza Malik.
In contrast, Sana married singer Umair Jaiswal in 2020, and reports indicated challenges in their marital life.
Shoaib Malik and Cricket
It must be noted that Malik is one of the longest-serving cricketers in Pakistan cricket. Making his international debut against West Indies at Sharjah in October 1999, he is still going strong at the top level even after 24 years since his debut.
The all-rounder made his ODI debut in 1999, then went on to represent Pakistan in 287 one-day matches, where he scored 7534 runs at 34.55 while also taking 158 wickets.
