Zhalay Sarhadi Opens Up About Miscarriages and Model Bullying

Actress Zhalay Sarhadi recently opened up about her struggles with miscarriages and the bullying faced by models in the entertainment industry. Known for her candidness and talent, Zhalay shared her experiences on Frieha Altaf’s podcast.

She lamented the industry's narrow beauty standards, where only a specific look – tall stature, fair complexion, and straight hair – is deemed acceptable for television. She recounted instances where even naturally beautiful models were pressured to alter their appearance through fillers or extreme weight loss, despite already being slender.
