The re-release of Sanam Teri Kasam has stunned both fans and critics, as the film’s earnings have more than doubled since its initial theatrical run. In an interview with Faridoon Shahryar, Hocane expressed gratitude for the overwhelming love from Indian audiences, stating that she had always received appreciation, but the response this time has been extraordinary.
When asked about the reason behind this sudden success, Hocane humorously credited her husband, saying, "If the film waited nine years to achieve this, it’s my husband bringing the luck because that’s the only thing that has changed." She emphasized that while the film and performances were always there, it seems fate played a role in its revival.
