A new Pakistani film has made history with its teaser launch at the world-renowned The O2 Arena. The grand unveiling marks the first time a Pakistani film has been introduced at such a prestigious international venue.
The upcoming film, helmed by veteran actor and filmmaker Shaan Shahid, is already generating considerable buzz ahead of its anticipated release on Eidul Azha. Shaan leads a star-studded ensemble that includes Meera, Sonya Hussyn, Javed Sheikh, Shabbir Jan, and Nayyar Ejaz.
Breaking away from the traditional wave of lighthearted romantic comedies typically associated with festive releases, this film ventures into darker territory as a psychological thriller. The shift in genre promises audiences a more intense and layered cinematic experience, one that explores the complexities of the human mind rather than conventional love stories.
The excitement surrounding the teaser only intensified after Meera took to Instagram to share a glimpse of the launch, calling it “a historic moment for Pakistan.” Her caption, “PSYCHO – The real enemy lives in the mind,” offered a chilling hint at the film’s underlying theme, sparking intrigue among fans.
