Politically and economically, Pakistan is having a hard time right now, and now a major natural calamity has struck. Pakistan has been severely flooded. While South Punjab and parts of Swat are going through a difficult period, the entirety of Balochistan and Sindh are underwater. It is reported that hundreds of people have died as a result of buildings entirely submerging in water.
The governments in all provinces as well as in center are fast running out of resources and the nation has gotten together to help people survive this disaster. Pakistani celebrities are also not far behind as people like Hadiqa Kiani are making arrangements to help the flood affected themselves while other celebs are sharing links for donations so more money can be raised. At the same time, celebs are also raising their voices against increased prices of relief goods including tents, tarpoline, plastic sheets and food supplies.
