The post claimed she could no longer stay with someone who lacked trust in her and asked for privacy, sparking widespread gossip about their relationship.
However, Dr. Zainab dismissed the claims on her official Instagram, calling the viral story fake. She urged followers to report pages spreading false news, writing, “I don’t understand how they gain access to stories I never even posted. It’s creepy, and you should be ashamed of this behavior.”
