Drama Shoot Drama: Ushna Shah Spills the Tea on Fallout with Feroze!

Taking an active stance on X (formerly Twitter), Ushna Shah clarifies her position while remaining vocal about Palestine. The star recently shared a list of Hollywood stars to boycott, urging followers to unfollow, avoid supporting their work, and spread the word for a collective impact. “Today, begin your celeb boycott. Start with Hollywood stars… You are their power, take it away & spread the word,” stated the star.

Nevertheless, a user on the platform previously known as Twitter countered her thread, alleging that she had befriended someone accused of domestic violence. The X user stated, “Dude, you literally befriended a wife-beater. Look around and start with your own country first.” Ushna has since addressed this claim in a comprehensive post on the microblogging website.

“I hate to address anything except Palestine. I apologize for responding to another distraction. People don’t know that Feroze and I had a falling out before finishing our drama shoot; we even unfollowed each other, which is the modern-day equivalent of a ‘friendship end announcement,’ shared Ushna. “This happened long before his scandal. His scandal came after our shoot ended; at this time, we were not in touch. Yes, months after publicly sending love to his wife, I asked people to stop the severe online bullying of him and his family, especially during Ramzan.”

She continued, “Having experienced trolling myself, I understand its impact on families and was particularly sensitive to this issue at the time, as some may recall. This isn’t the first instance where I’ve faced trouble for defending someone who has hurt, disrespected me, or held beliefs opposite to mine; the irony hasn’t gone unnoticed. Now, calling for a boycott against celebrities who have written to Biden publicly opposing a ceasefire in bombing children is a different matter, in my opinion. I don’t think the two should be mutually exclusive.”

Continuing on, she said, “Also, for those upset by my post criticizing pseudo-liberals (focus on the word pseudo) who back movements like LGBTQ and BLM but stay quiet on this issue: focus your anger on those who are exploiting these movements, not me for calling them out. They exist! Many people whose jobs depend on multinational or foreign connections, stay silent on their social media about this issue but have been aggressively loud on others. I can imagine that being constantly triggered must be exhausting, it is also counterproductive to the real issues at hand, such as the genocide we are witnessing.”

Concluding her message, she advised, “I would suggest not to be triggered by things unnecessarily. I understand that if you’ve chosen to believe a fixed perception, nothing will change your mind. My responses distract my followers from what’s currently important. So I urge you, for now, let anyone speaking for Palestine, even those you dislike, do so in peace.”

Zarnish Khan Urges Social Media Platforms to Stop Using Her Old Photos

Former Pakistani actress Zarnish Khan urged social media platforms to stop using her old photos, emphasizing her commitment to a more modest lifestyle.

Posting on her Instagram Story, she requested, “I ask all social media platforms to please avoid using my old photos.”

She explained further, “I now wear a veil, so I can only request that my old photos not be shared.”

In another plea, she stated, “Whoever wants to write about me, please refrain from using my old photos and videos.”

Zarnish also expressed regret over a past remark and apologized to Alizeh Shah, admitting, “I regret my stupid comment.”

However, Alizeh refused to accept the apology, responding, “I do not forgive you. What have I ever done to you? I never behaved rudely toward you. You weren’t even being paid to talk about me, yet you chose to.”

Zarnish left the entertainment industry in 2023 after performing Umrah and chose to follow Islamic teachings. Shortly after, she deleted all her old photos and videos from social media as part of her commitment to her new way of life.

Her recent appeal underscores her dedication to privacy and aligning her public image with her religious beliefs.

Mariyam Nafees Welcomes Baby Boy

Pakistani actress Mariyam Nafees joyfully announced the birth of her first child, a baby boy, Syed Eesa Amaan Ahmed.

On Monday, she took to Instagram to share heartwarming pictures of the newborn, expressing her happiness by writing, “Our world just got a lot more handsome! World, meet Syed Eesa Amaan Ahmed. A week or so old, arrived in this blessed month, this lil guy has made us fall for him hard and fast.”

Mariyam also offered prayers for women hoping to become mothers, wishing them the blessing of healthy babies.

The pictures captured Mariyam and her husband, filmmaker Amaan Ahmed, lovingly holding their son.

In November last year, she first revealed her pregnancy by sharing a sweet moment with Amaan while holding tiny baby shoes, excitedly captioning it, “Oh, baby! We’re having a baby!!! Baby Am Yam coming soon, InshAllah!”

Mariyam and Amaan, who were close friends before falling in love, tied the knot in March 2022 in a private Nikkah ceremony. Amaan, 13 years older than Mariyam, was previously married to the daughter of veteran actress Bushra Ansari.
