Jemima Goldsmith, the former wife of Pakistan’s former prime minister Imran Khan, has reportedly married for a second time, marking a new chapter in the British socialite and filmmaker’s personal life.
According to Britain’s Daily Mail, Jemima tied the knot with Irish-Australian financier Cameron O’Reilly in a wedding ceremony held on Sunday. O’Reilly, 62, and Jemima had been in a relationship for around a year before getting engaged earlier this year.
The couple’s engagement was first reported by the Mail on Sunday in May, following months of growing speculation about their relationship. News of their wedding was later confirmed by Jemima’s brother, Ben Goldsmith.
A glimpse of the celebrations also surfaced on Instagram. Jemima Jones, Ben Goldsmith’s wife, posted a photograph from the wedding and expressed her happiness over the occasion. Alongside the picture, she wrote, “Celebrating Jemima and Cameron’s wedding, with my favourite date, what a happy day!”
Jemima and O’Reilly are believed to have crossed paths through their shared connection to the film and documentary world. O’Reilly had been working as an executive producer on a number of documentaries and films, while Jemima has established herself as a producer and writer.
