Veteran Pakistani actress Nazli Nasr has voiced profound regret over her decision to marry when she was very young, describing it as the most significant mistake of her life.
Nasr recently appeared as a guest on the comedy program Mazaaq Raat, broadcast on Dunya TV, where she spoke openly about both her personal experiences and her professional journey.
While reflecting on her past, she shared that although her first marriage was a painful chapter, her second marriage ultimately restored her belief in enduring love and faithfulness. She expressed deep gratitude toward her current husband, Mohsin Talat, for renewing her faith in genuine partnership.
During the heartfelt discussion, the actress emphasized that choosing to marry at an early age remains her greatest regret. She stated clearly that, if she could revisit that decision with the wisdom she has today, she would never have married so young. Nasr went on to advise women to consider waiting until around the age of 28 or 29 before entering into marriage.
Nazli Nasr started her career early with Pakistan Television (PTV) and rose to widespread fame through the popular drama Dhuan, which turned her into an overnight star. At the height of her success, however, she stepped away from the entertainment industry for marriage, remaining absent from the screen for a considerable period. She has since made a comeback to acting and is once again captivating audiences with her performances.
