Resham condemned Ruby Anam’s statement about Bushra Ansari and apologized to the latter on the former’s behalf.
Taking to her Instagram, Resham called out actors from Lahore who throw dirt on big names like Ansari just for some clout.
She said, “I saw Anum’s video on social media in which she was spewing venom against Bushra Ansari. Her hateful words and accent made me embarrassed that an artist from my city Lahore is degrading a legend like Bushra Ansari. She has always worked to make Pakistan proud. She always speaks with wisdom and only where is needed.
She added that Firdous Jamal had earlier targeted Humayun Saeed and now Ruby Anam criticized Bushra Ansari. It seems that some Lahore-based actors have made a habit out of targeting the tycoons just for some attention. She said that to criticize those names, they need to reach their level.
