Veteran actor Rubina Ashraf has said technology has transformed parent-child relationships, with children now guiding their parents through the digital world.
Speaking on a recent morning show, Rubina said she now turns to her children for help with apps, passwords and other technology, describing it as a complete reversal of the traditional family dynamic.
She urged children to be patient with their parents as they adapt to rapid technological change. Recalling a family trip to Venice, Rubina shared that she felt hurt when her daughter discouraged her from recording a gondola ride and when her children avoided appearing on camera.
