Shabbir Jan Questions Humayun Saeed’s Talent

Humayun Saeed is widely celebrated as one of Pakistan’s biggest superstars. Over the years, he has established himself not only as a successful actor but also as a leading film producer at a time when the country’s film industry has struggled to consistently produce hits. With his on-screen presence and business sense, he has managed to win audiences on both the big and small screen. This year, he appeared in the film Love Guru and is currently playing Zaviyar Manto in the popular drama Main Manto Nahi Hoon, further cementing his status as one of the most influential names in the entertainment world.

Recently, veteran actor Shabbir Jan shared his thoughts on Humayun Saeed during his appearance on the talk show Hasna Mana Hai. Shabbir acknowledged Humayun’s remarkable journey, praising his dedication and hard work. According to him, Humayun has grown tremendously over the years, proving himself to be a determined individual who has built a lasting career in a very competitive industry.

However, Shabbir Jan did not shy away from offering a critical perspective as well. He admitted that while Humayun is undoubtedly a star, he does not see him at the same acting level as some of Pakistan’s legendary performers from the past. In Shabbir’s view, the depth and nuance once associated with acting in the industry are missing in today’s stars.

Expanding on this point, Shabbir argued that the entertainment industry now has fewer “true actors.” He believes that many stars, including Humayun, tend to rely more on their looks, charisma, and stardom rather than bringing emotional depth and versatility to their roles. His comments highlight an ongoing debate in the industry: whether popularity and star power should be valued more than strong, transformative acting skills.

‘I Am Absolutely Fine’: Imran Ashraf Reacts to Shocking Fake Death News

Imran Ashraf has had to do something no celebrity should ever have to do and that is to assure the world that he is still alive.

The actor recently found himself at the centre of a bizarre social media hoax after AI-generated videos falsely claimed that he had passed away. The fabricated clips spread across social media, leaving some fans genuinely confused about what had happened.

The videos were particularly convincing because they featured digitally created versions of familiar Pakistani personalities, including journalists and celebrities. As the content circulated, the false reports began taking on a life of their own.

Imran eventually stepped in to put the rumours to rest himself.

Taking to his Instagram story, the actor shared a direct message for his followers, writing, “ALHAMDULILLAH I AM ABSOLOUTLY FINE ITS A FAKE NEWS NEED YOUR PRAYERS.”

His message made it clear that there was no truth behind the death reports and that he was perfectly fine.

Among the fabricated content circulating online were videos featuring AI-generated versions of actor Bilal Abbas, former cricketer Shahid Afridi and journalist Mansoor Ali Khan. The use of familiar faces appeared to give the fake reports an added sense of credibility, making the hoax even more disturbing.

One video took the deception a step further by showing what appeared to be Imran Ashraf’s funeral. Such content can easily mislead viewers who encounter it without knowing that the footage has been digitally manipulated.

Unfortunately, Imran is not the first Pakistani celebrity to become the target of an AI-powered death hoax.

Earlier this year, veteran singer Tahira Syed was also forced to respond after false reports about her death began circulating online. She later appeared in a video to confirm that she was alive and healthy, while reminding people to check the authenticity of information before believing or sharing it.

Zain Hamid confirms separation from Nimra Khan

Zain Hamid

UK-based pilot Zain Hamid has confirmed his divorce from Pakistani actor Nimra Khan, months after their marriage and amid separation rumours on social media.

Nimra Khan married Zain Hamid in May 2026. However, reports of differences between the couple and speculation about their separation had been circulating on social media for some time.

At the time, Nimra had denied the reports, saying that her married life was going well. She had also removed her wedding pictures from social media, citing concerns about the evil eye.

Zain Hamid has now confirmed the divorce in a statement posted on Instagram. He said he divorced Nimra Khan on July 17, attributing the decision to irreconcilable personal differences and differences in priorities.

He said he did not want to blame anyone for the separation, adding that legal proceedings had also been initiated and the matter had been handed over to lawyers.

Zain further said the separation was mutually agreed upon and that such circumstances were equally difficult for both men and women. He also expressed his best wishes for Nimra Khan.

Nimra Khan’s marriage to Zain Hamid was her second. She had previously married Raja Iftikhar in 2020, but the marriage ended a few months later.
