Spotify has finally rolled out its much-anticipated 2025 Wrapped, and the results confirm what Pakistani music fans already knew - Talha Anjum continues to dominate, securing the title of Pakistan’s Top Artist for the second year in a row.

The rapper’s continued reign reflects the country’s growing appetite for original music, with a remarkable surge in streams throughout the year. His grip on the charts also highlights how hip-hop has transformed from a niche genre into one of Pakistan’s most powerful musical movements.
While Anjum led the pack, 2025 was a balanced blend of breakthrough artists and timeless icons. Rising voices like Umair and Hasan Raheem strengthened their presence in Pakistan’s listening culture, while beloved household names, Atif Aslam and Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, remained fixtures in playlists nationwide.
The year’s biggest hits mirrored this creative diversity.
- “Jhol” by Maanu and Annural Khalid dominated the charts.
- “Pal Pal” by Afusic and AliSoomroMusic continued its viral momentum.
- “Maand” by Bayaan, Hasan Raheem, and Rovalio secured a top ranking with its distinctive sound.
Meanwhile, Talha Anjum and Umair’s “Departure Lane” cemented a strong position at number four, with “Wishes” by Hasan Raheem, Umair, and Talwiinder rounding out the country’s top five tracks.
Emerging artists clearly played a pivotal role in shaping Pakistan’s audio identity for 2025.
