Veteran Pakistani actress Bushra Ansari has shared a light-hearted and unexpected personal story about her brief decision to delete the contact numbers of two of the country’s biggest stars, Mahira Khan and Fahad Mustafa, after they did not respond to her messages.
Speaking during a recent interview, Bushra revealed that she had reached out to both actors on separate occasions but did not receive replies. Instead of taking it personally, she assumed they were simply occupied with their busy professional schedules. In response, she chose to quietly remove their numbers from her phone, explaining that she didn’t want to repeatedly disturb them with follow-up messages. It, however, turned into two rather amusing misunderstandings.
Bushra recalled receiving a sudden message one day saying, “I love you, I miss you.” Since she had deleted the contact, the sender appeared only as the initials “MK,” leaving her confused about the identity behind the text. Unsure, she even considered whether it might be actress Mishi Khan before realizing it was actually Mahira Khan reaching out.
According to Bushra, Mahira was surprised to discover her number had been deleted. The actress reportedly responded with a mix of affection and disbelief, asking why she had been removed from Bushra’s contacts. Bushra clarified that there was no emotional fallout involved, simply her habit of stepping back when she feels someone might be busy.
