In an Instagram post, Khan expressed regret over discussing her relationship publicly and implored publications to respect her privacy by refraining from further distributing the interview's content.
"I would highly appreciate all the publications to refrain from posting about an interview that released recently," Khan wrote on her Instagram account. "It's my fault to open up so candidly on an extremely personal relationship in the flow of discussing my journey so far."
Acknowledging the potential repercussions of sharing honest confessions publicly, Khan emphasised the importance of keeping such matters shielded and private. She expressed her intention to move past the incident peacefully and urged everyone to forgive, forget, and move forward, especially on the occasion of the first day of Ramadan.
