A video clip linked to an alleged “honey trap” scandal involving playwright Khalilur Rehman Qamar has hit social media, revealing the extent of the trap. Details of the Khalilur Rehman Qamar Leaked Video Scandal

In the video, prime suspects Urooj and Hasan Shah can be seen lounging on the same couch where Qamar later sat with the femme fatale who lured him to her home on the night of July 15. The supposed reason for the visit was to discuss a new soap opera project, which never materialized. Shortly after Qamar settled in, armed men burst in, assaulted him, and took him on a long drive. During this drive, they robbed him of his valuables and cash before abandoning him in a remote area.

Investigation and Arrests

Following Qamar’s complaint, the Organised Crime Unit (OCU) of Model Town apprehended 12 suspects, including Urooj. The first information report (FIR) was filed on July 21 under sections 395 (punishment for dacoity) and 365 (kidnapping or abducting with intent to confine a person) of the Pakistan Penal Code. Urooj and 11 others are currently on remand as the police continue their investigation. The alleged mastermind, Hasan, and his accomplice, Rafiq, were arrested from Peshawar. Hasan allegedly made and circulated an “objectionable” video of Qamar, which has since gone viral.
