Pakistani actor and television host Nadia Khan urged youngsters to learn from YouTuber Saad Ur Rehman, also known as Ducky Bhai, whose gambling app promotion case, she said, should teach people to work hard instead of seeking shortcuts.
Speaking on one of her shows, Khan discussed the recent crackdown on influencers promoting illegal apps and called the case a lesson for the youth.
She said those who believe no action is taken in Pakistan should see how Ducky Bhai is being questioned and how Rjab Butt might be brought back through Interpol. Khan questioned the worth of billions earned at the cost of disgrace and humiliation.
“You build a name, you gain fans, and then they turn against you,” she said. “Now Ducky Bhai faces immense financial loss — how will he recover? Money may come overnight, but so does responsibility.”
Khan added that their parents taught them that money earned without effort disappears quickly, while hard-earned money brings both value and responsibility.
As a mother, she said she felt relieved because the case exposed how influencers like Ducky Bhai had convinced many young people that education gets them nowhere.
