The Lahore Court have dismissed Meesha Shafi’s petition which challenged the dismissal of her complaint against Ali Zafar whom she has alleged of sexual harassment.
The earlier complaint of Meesha was rejected by the Punjab Governor because of the lack of witnesses. This is the third time Meesha’s complaint has been dismissed.
Meesha alleged Ali of sexually harassing her at work. Her case did not fall under workplace harassment so that case was taken to the governor of Punjab. She filed a RS 2 billion lawsuit against Ali for damaging her reputation.
Barrister Ambreen Qureshi took to Twitter to congratulate Ali and his wife on the victory.
BREAKING: Meesha Shafi’s case dismissed by the Lahore High Court exonerating Ali Zafar for the third time! Congratulations @alizafarsays and @ayeshafazli. The way you guys fought this will go down in history.

Mubasher Luqman also took to Twitter to take a dig at Meesha for losing the battle.
#MeeshaShafi case dismissed yet again by the honourable Court. What a disgrace this fake allegation has been. Meesha obviously had never thought her allegations would be challenged and exposed. Her fake allegations also damage the real victims more than she can ever imagine

Ali Zafar also thanked his fans for the love and support for last two years.
Ms Shafi’s case dismissed by the Lahore High Court. This is the 3rd dismissal. Fake allegations by opportunists can destroy lives & undermine genuine victims. We fought to set a precedent. All evidence submitted will be public soon. Thank you for your love and support. https://t.co/LlrMIZsaHN
