Director Musaddiq Malek, currently helming the hit drama Meri Zindagi Hai Tu starring Hania Aamir, recently spoke out against the industry’s tendency to underestimate the actress’s talent.
In a cast-focused interview, Malek noted, “We often fail to fully recognize Hania Aamir’s acting ability and intellect—simply because she’s pretty. This is a general observation, but beauty can come with unfair perceptions. A combination of beauty and brains is rare.”
His comments quickly resonated on social media, where fans rallied in support. “Haniaaaa!” one exclaimed. Another praised her versatility, while a third commented, “Finally someone said it.” Others echoed the sentiment, calling her an amazing actress and agreeing with Malek’s perspective.
Hania currently stars opposite Bilal Abbas Khan in Meri Zindagi Hai Tu, which premiered on ARY Digital in late 2025 and has already amassed over 600 million views on YouTube. Penned by Radain Shah, the drama is poised to become Pakistan’s first show of 2026 to reach one billion views.
