Fawad Khan Returns to Bollywood in Abir Gulaal
Directed by Aarti S Bagdi, Abir Gulaal represents a fresh chapter in Khan's Bollywood journey. The film, produced by Indian Stories, A Richer Lens, and Aarjay Pictures, explores the emotional healing of two individuals, with romance blossoming as an unexpected consequence. Khan’s return to Bollywood is especially highlighted given the challenges Pakistani artists have faced in India, particularly after the bans imposed following political tensions. With the Bombay High Court’s decision last year that dismissed restrictions on working with Pakistani artists, Khan's return has been widely celebrated.
