Pakistani actress-turned-entrepreneur Komal Aziz Khan has addressed the pregnancy rumours surrounding her, offering a candid response to fans who questioned her personal life and recent physical changes.
Komal rose to fame through her television performances, often winning viewers over with her portrayal of innocent and emotionally vulnerable characters. She earned recognition for dramas such as Bharosa Pyar Tera, Kasa-e-Dil, Raaz-e-Ulfat, Bisat-e-Dil, Mohlat and Zard Zamano Ka Sawera. However, she eventually stepped away from acting to focus on business, launching her clothing brand, Omal by Komal.
