Former actress Komal Aziz, who rose to fame with her performances in Bharosa Yar Tera and Raaz e Ulfat, recently appeared on Ahmed Ali Butt's podcast and revealed the bitter reason she quit the showbiz industry four years ago.
“Honestly, the showbiz environment isn’t good for an educated person,” she said during the interview.
Clarifying her decision, Komal Mir explained that delayed payments did not push her to leave the industry; instead, the uncomfortable environment and inhumane working hours compelled her to quit showbiz.
Komal said that initially, she heard a lot that the showbiz industry was very unsafe and toxic for women, but there was nothing like that.
