Veteran Pakistani actor Adnan Siddiqui faced a moment of sheer terror recently when a routine flight from Karachi to Lahore turned into a nightmare mid-air. The private airline aircraft was caught in a violent storm just moments before landing, plunging passengers into panic — and Adnan into deep reflection about life, family, and the fragility of existence.
The seasoned actor, known for his calm demeanor, took to Instagram to recount the haunting experience. “Somewhere between Karachi’s skies and Lahore’s fields,” he wrote, “I was suspended not just in the air, but between life and what felt like an impending end.”
What began as a routine trip soon spiraled into chaos when the aircraft, gripped by severe turbulence, jolted violently. A video shared by Adnan captured the eerie scene onboard — frightened passengers clinging to seats, gasps filling the air, some openly weeping. In the midst of the mayhem, Adnan found himself confronting a deeply personal fear: the possibility of never seeing his loved ones again.
“We were almost touching down when suddenly — swoosh — the plane shot back up into the sky. That clean, sharp go-around? It was the captain’s brilliance. Hats off to him,” he shared, praising the pilot’s quick thinking that likely averted disaster.
