Zara Noor Abbas Catches Fire for her recent Post

Zara

Model turned actress, Zara Noor Abbas is under hot water after she posted a video of a young black school girl giving a speech on why Black Lives Mattered. People were quick to question her about the fairness add she is a part of.

In the caption Abbas wrote, “Imagine. Our kids. People we know. Go through this. Every day of their life. Just because of their skin color. Then adds up their societal balance of class. Bank account. Assets. They have to fight for the basics such as breathing. Racism is a war. Not a threat to humanity. Its a war that we have to fight against so much so that we have to re-invent, re-grow, re-think every thought and idea about classism. Differences. Sexism. Everything.
NO ONE DESERVES THIS.”

However, she came under fire for raising her voice against something she promotes in her own country through a fairness cream ad. But the Ehd-e-Wafa star does not think endorsing such products promotes hatred or violence against a community.

In the comments section of her post, a user quipped, “Really liked your fairness cream ad,” following which the celebrity lost her cool.

“Good, because that does not promote killing. Does not promote racism. Stop making this out of context when its not the agenda. Your word doesn’t matter here. What matters is human life and equality and this is what I am here for. A face wash is killing no one,” justified Abbas.

But several continued to drag her, asking how it made sense to defend ads which made darker skin tones seem like a problem and advised people to “brighten their complexion” so they could be appealing.

Her co-star Osama Khalid Butt came to the rescue and wrote, Butt commented, “I agree: racism is a war we each have to fight individually. What’s particularly heartbreaking is that colorism, sectarianism & religious prejudice – these are all inculcated in us as children. I remember two instances when I was in school – one, where a dark-skinned class fellow was teased by our teacher (hence making it okay for class bullies to further mock him) – this was grade four. In grade five, one of our Christian classfellows offered me his bottle of water after recess, and I was immediately attacked by all my friends claiming I’d turn kaafir if I drank from his bottle. Where do we learn all of this hatred?”

Firdous Jamal’s Controversial Statement On Music & Islam

Firdous Jamal is a senior Pakistani television and film actor known for his dramas like Pyare Afzal, Khuda Aur Mohabbat, Waris, Manchalay Ka Sauda, Dehleez, Dhoop Deewar, Takmeel, Kaanch Kay Par, Anna, Nashaib and many others. Firdous Jamal currently lives in Lahore and he often appears in the podcasts and interviews.

Recently, he gave interview to Rehan Tariq Official. In the interview he shared his thoughts about music and its similarly with Naatia Kalams and Tilawat.

Talking about it, Firdous Jamal said, “We face criticism if we sing the songs, but music is the language of Skies. Music will be played in Jannah, it will be played to sooth us”.

He further added, “We are a rigid society, we use certain objectionable words for the singers. We listen to music with passion but If someone amongst us becomes a singer, we start hating that person and think of him less dignified. This is hypocrisy but this is in our society and we have to live in our society. Now, the Naat Khuwans and Moazans are doing the same thing, they sing in a melody or in a tune without the instruments. Anything that has a melody, it comes under the category of Raag, they are using the Sur in recitations. Qirat & Naat comes under Raag Bhervi or Thaath Bhervi. People won’t like it if Moazans will simply recite Tilawat in a normal way. People love it because of the melody. Now people will bash me that he has gone mad, he is associating Naat and Azan with music. It is a taboo to talk about music in our region. We have associated certain words with this profession. If I say Maulvi recites in a certain melody, people will call me out but it is so.”

Humaira Asghar Ali

The tragic and sudden passing of actress Humaira Asghar left her fans and the entertainment world in shock; now, the investigation into her untimely death has taken a big turn. Police have managed to unlock several of her personal electronic devices, opening a digital window into her final days.

Among the items recovered from Humaira’s apartment was a handwritten diary, seemingly ordinary at first, but it contained crucial information: passwords to her three mobile phones, a tablet, and a laptop. With these devices now unlocked, investigators are reviewing her digital footprint.

Officials say that Humaira’s communication history, social media activity, and browsing patterns are being forensically examined to piece together her mental and emotional state; this could offer much-needed insight into what she may have been going through privately.

So far, two individuals have been questioned in connection with the case, while two more have been summoned. Police also revealed that the actress had maintained regular contact with a few people in her final days. Investigators are following these leads closely.

Beyond the digital trail, police are also looking into Humaira’s personal routines. She was known to visit a nearby gym and salon frequently, and both places are now being looked at; her gym trainer and other individuals she interacted with are expected to be interviewed.

Authorities have also begun reviewing her financial records to identify any unusual activity in her bank accounts.

The SSP South has appointed a formal inquiry team led by the SP Clifton to oversee the ongoing investigation. However, police clarified that no formal case will be registered until the results from the postmortem and chemical examination are in hand.

While no evidence of foul play has been found at her residence, the case remains open and deeply sensitive. Loved ones, fans, and colleagues continue to await answers, hoping that the truth behind Humaira Asghar’s departure will soon come to light.
