Arsal Khan spoke to Film Walay on Facebook for an exclusive interview and shared his journey in acting.

Arsal Khan is an engineer and a graduate from the prestigious institute NAPA in acting. He has trained under the leadership of Sir Zia Mohyuddin and he has been working in theatre since 2016. He is also trained in Kathak Dance and he has appeared in several advertisements.

Arsal Khan shared that he met Saife Hassan for the first time when he was working on Jhok Sarkar. He was then called to audition for Tan Man Neelo Neel and he wishes to work in more dramas in the future.

He also revealed that he went to observe beggars who sit around corners in order to observe for his character Ladoo in Tan Man Neelo Neel. He loves to watch Hollywood movies and he idolizes actors like Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Vijay Raz and other character actors and that is the school of acting that he follows.

Arsal Khan revealed that Fawad Khan, Mahira Khan and Bilal Abbas Khan are his favourite actors from Pakistani industry and he wishes to work with Yumna Zaidi, Hania Aamir and Sajal Aly in the future.

Ali Ansari and Laiba Khan are two tremendous Pakistani actors who recently got huge fame and recognition through their hit soap serial Kaffara which has so far garnered more than two billion views on YouTube. Both were admired on the screen for their portrayal of Salar and Sitara. Fans demanded another serial of the couple soon after the airing of Kaffara’s last episode on Geo.

Now, Geo TV is bringing them back on the screen in their upcoming drama series which will air during Ramadan. The drama is written by Samra Bukhari. It has been produced by Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi. It has been directed by Muhammad Iftikhar Iffi. The cast also includes Samina Ahmed, Saba Hamid, Sahiba Afzal, Afzal Khan, Saifee Hassan, Namra Shahid, Ahsan Afzal Khan, Fahima Awan, Nain Sukh, Ahmed Usman and Faisal Naqvi. The story of the drama revolves around the romance between a young girl and a doctor.
